Easy exchange:

Before the package is sent out, you can change the style/color/size of the product at will if there is in stock. Once the package is sent, it does not support midway exchange or return.

Return plan:

1. We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product is delivered. To qualify for a return, Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. 2.Return policy is not supported in the following cases:

Exchange policy :

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

The order is defective or damaged:

If the product is defective, please contact our customer service at support@anolestyle.com and provide the corresponding picture proof and we will send you a new package.

If the package is damaged in transit, you only need to pay 50% of the original order amount, we will resend a new package for you, and assist you in filing compensation with the logistics company. The compensation given by the logistics company belongs to you.

Return Process:

Order cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you notify us of the refund information within 24 hours, we will give a full refund; if it exceeds 24 hours, we will charge a 15% loss fee. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
