Before the package is sent out, you can change the style/color/size of the product at will if there is in stock. Once the package is sent, it does not support midway exchange or return.
1. We accept product returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the product is delivered. To qualify for a return, Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with the original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to successfully complete your return, please ask our customer service in advance, provide the receipt and proof of purchase required for the return, and obtain the correct return address (please know that the address on the website and on the box is not the return address).
2.Return policy is not supported in the following cases:
- The package is damaged or the corresponding gift has not been returned;

The refund is delayed or missed, if you have not received the refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially issue a refund. Exchange policy :
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
The order is defective or damaged:
If the product is defective, please contact our customer service at email@example.com and provide the corresponding picture proof and we will send you a new package.
If the package is damaged in transit, you only need to pay 50% of the original order amount, we will resend a new package for you, and assist you in filing compensation with the logistics company. The compensation given by the logistics company belongs to you.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you notify us of the refund information within 24 hours, we will give a full refund; if it exceeds 24 hours, we will charge a 15% loss fee. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
